Echo Research, now integrated into parent company Ebiquity, asked us to devise a workshop that would help its researchers translate the heavily number-oriented reports that are its daily fare into a more palatable, word and image-driven documents and presentations that would be more accessible for clients. We prepared a half-day workshop that took existing reports and provided researchers with an alternative – and more powerful – way of delivering information. We advised participants on how to find the story the figures told, how to set the appropriate tone for both documents and audiences and how to get the point across succinctly and effectively.
