Relationship Audits, which helps maximise the potential of strategic partner relationships, wanted to promote best practice through the power of social media. We were tasked with initiating a regular series of blogs through a mix of interviews with the directors and their contacts which would stimulate interaction and build its database of contacts. Our work provided a foundation for successful and ongoing conversations between the company and its potential audience, helping uncover some of the incentives and barriers to successful business relationships.
