In Depth is published every six months and tackles ideas and issues pertinent to the qualitative research community at much greater depth and with a more substantial intellectual underpinning than its sister publication, In Brief. For example, topics covered can range from storytelling to the image of death to cultural differences to age through the looking glass. We commission authors who are experts in their field, who can often bring a different perspective to a topic precisely because they are not qualitative researchers. The publication’s eye-catching design, meanwhile, brings what can be quite difficult subjects to life in an easy-to-read format available in hard copy and online.
